I love these! The carving is very pretty, and quite detailed. I would second what someone else mentioned about wearing them a size smaller through an earskin, though - the carving is so detailed that the scales on the snakes could irritate. I wear my 8g pair through a 6g silicone Kaos earskin (bought here at BAF too!) and they fit snugly and safely. I especially like the copper accents. :)

These earrings are FABULOUS. I've received numerous positive comments from people impressed by the intricate design; the carving is totally on point. One aspect I enjoy is the size: often at 4g some styles tend to be on the small side, but these stand out and make any outfit pop - they really go with anything! I'm interested in seeing how the patina will form over the bronze in time as well. Don't let cost hold you back - these are absolutely worth the money for the quality with which these are crafted. Far and away my favorite pair of dressy earrings!

These are just the coolest earrings. Being bone, they are super-light in terms of weight and are nothing short of gorgeous. The little copper inlays in the snakes' wings add a nice accent to the white bone and the detail these guys have in them is fabulous. The wings have finely carved, individual feathers and the detail on the snakes themselves, with their belly scales and faces, really gives these pieces character. I call them my "lovers earrings" because of the way the snakes are entwined with one another. There are belly scales carved on the part that goes through the earlobe, but at 8g, I haven't had any problems with them- they are very comfortable for me to wear for long periods of time. They don't tend to get snagged up in hair or clothing like some other big organics do. They also hang very nicely and don't tend to get "stuck" stiff through the piercing as can happen sometimes, especially with a fresh coat of jojoba oil rubbed on before insertion into the ear. Super-cool and well worth the money. Definitely recommended.

Gorgeous. Though in the pictures, I thought the copper dots were pink gems, and I was excited they'd match my wrist microdermals. They're not, but it still looks nice. They are very heavy, though not too much so to the point where it's a problem. Well worth the price, though.

These guys are gorgeous! The amount of detail carved into these plugs is incredible. The only bad thing is that the wearable area isn't smooth; the snake's belly scales, while beautiful, become irritating even after a few minutes. I'd suggest wearing these through earskins. Other than that they're fantastic!
