Which is better?
Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

You DO NOT need to include the gauge as you will select it when you add the item to cart .

Please be simple & to the point, for example: 1/2" long; ALL polish; 3/16" balls. We do not need extra information such as "Please get this 14g item in all dark blue with 3mm balls". Whatever you type in goes directly to the company, so less text, and straight to the point is better.

After you have typed in your specs, select the item you want in the drop down menu and hit "Add to cart". If you accidentally mess up, just remove the item from your cart and then re-add it.

I ordered this in 9/16". I'm a fool for not pre-ordering sooner. I'd had the same lousy cheap 5/8" piece of mystery metal junk for, like, 10 years. Not that my old one was troublesome, but the shorter barbell makes MUCH more of a difference than I thought it would, and titanium is a major upgrade.
