It was too small for my ear, but luckily the star came off and I was able to put it onto a barbell I already had. Everyone loves it and I haven't seen anyone else with it yet! Although, it did get a little rusted, probably from showering and going in the pool/ocean.

Great little piece. I love that the star can be removed to be put onto another barbell. I did just that when I realized it. I put it onto my black industrial and it really makes the star pop. It's okay to sleep in for a day or two, but after that it really starts to hurt. I guess it's meant more for a special occasion, "during the day" type use.
