Which is better?
Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

This item is hand carved from organic material and the gauge will vary +/- up to 0.5mm.

The below measurements are approximate:
8g has an outer diameter of 2".
6g through 0g have an outer diameter of 2-3/8".
00g through 1/2" have an outer diameter of 2-3/4".
1" has an outer diameter of 3-1/2".

This design is also available in other woods.

All wood designs, especially those in smaller sizes, are quite fragile. We encourage you to handle them with care.

These are beautifully made, they are my first wood pieces and I am thouroughly pleased. The insertion gap is a bit of a squeeze but, they are very secure without any o-rings.

I get compliments on these all the time. They are lightweight and look good with hair up or down.

I get compliments on these every time I wear them! They are very nice, and the perfect size. They do slip out very easily, as the part that goes through your ear is very short. I almost lost one because I didn't feel it fall out. Best worn with o-rings.
