I bought this because I had one when I was at a 6g and I loved it so much. Now that I'm a 4g, I decided that I wanted another one. This one is a very tiny pincher. When it's in my nose, it doesn't look like a 4g. Looks more like a 10g. The only problem I have with it is that it's not 4g all the way around the middle. When you lay it down on the gauge chart that BAF provides, it's a 4g, but when you stand it up, it's a 6g. Now I know that with horn jewelry, the size will sometimes vary, but I like it none the less. If you're looking to buy this, I would go ahead and purchase it. You can't go wrong.

Such a beautiful piece. Ends are sharp though! Easily fixed with a nail file.

Best piece of non-retainer septum jewelry I've ever purchased. It's a little bit wider than most of the pieces I have and that turned out to be awesome.
