Return policy
If you would like to use our automated system to request a return please view the bottom of your shipment notification email for a secure link.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order!
- We take returns up to 30 days after you receive your order.
- Refunds will be for returned items only. Original order shipping fees are not refunded.
We're sorry but we do not set up exchanges. Due to our stock fluctuating daily, items may be out of stock by the time we receive your return.
- Custom orders have a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item(s) arrived damaged or incorrect.
Items eligible for returns - ONLY IF IN ORIGINAL SEALED BAG
- ALL body jewelry
- Earrings
Items eligible for returns - NOT IN ORIGINAL SEALED BAG
- Necklaces, finger rings, bracelets, & clothing can be returned for ANY reason, as long as the item is still in its original condition.
Items that arrived broken, mis-matched, or incorrect
We will gladly send a replacement out! If we do not have the item in stock, we will issue you a store credit or refund. Please
contact us so that we can help fix the issue.
How do I return my item(s)?
If the items are in the new original condition and eligible for a return (see above), then there is no need to contact us for a return authorization. Please mail the item(s) back with the following information:
- Your first & last name
- Your e-mail address
- Bodyartforms invoice #
Once we receive your return we'll issue you a refund or store credit for the item(s). You will receive an email notifying you once we have received your return.
